How to place my order?

**Unfortunately, at the moment I am not able to take orders from non-European countries.** For countries within Europe: Once you've placed all your products in the shopping cart ("Basket"), you'll see shipping options at the bottom ("Carriage possibility"). Please mark the shipping option according to your location. Then, on the right side, there will be the available payment options for your location. For each option, there's a little "question mark" sign to the right - if you hover over it or click on it, it should show more detailed description of the payment option in question (please see more info in the section Payment).

How long does it take to have my clothes made?

All the models are made to order. This means that I will start working on your item only after the order is placed, depending on your fabric choices and size. It usually takes me about 2 weeks to finish your clothes and have them ready to ship. Then the delivery time depends on your destination (see section Shipping). 

The only items that are already made and are ready to ship within 1-3 days are the items listed in section "Sale". These items can't be customized and are made in fabric and size specified in each listing.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping depend on the country of your delivery address. You can see the exact amount once you place the merchandise in the shopping cart. For estimated delivery times, shipping costs and additional information, please see the section "Shipping".

Can I order a customized size?

With online ordering, I do custom sizes only for bottoms (skirts, pants, leggings, capris and shorts). For the tops and dresses, there are only general sizes available. The woman's body varies greatly, especially in the upper part. And each of us has a very specific idea of what suits or doesn't suit us and what type of neckline etc. we feel or don't feel good at. That's why I don't do customizing of the upper body clothes online. I think, in many cases, it's quite necessary for the lady to try on the piece and see if she feels comfortable in it. However, if you have the opportunity to see me at some dance festival, I'll be happy to meet you and work with you in person.

Do I have to send you my measurements?

No, you don't. You can choose one of the general sizes (please check the specifications - sizing might be different from what you are used to). BUT if you do send me your exact measurements, chances are your clothes will fit you better. Plus - there's no extra charge ;)

How can I send my measurements?

First, please check the instructions on How to measure. When placing your item to the shopping cart, choose "Custom Size" from the drop-down menu. Once you're in the shopping cart, there will be a box for your notes for each product - please write your measurements there. If this doesn't work, place your order with "Custom Size" and send me your measurements in an email.

Why are the prices in two currencies?

The base price is in Czech crowns (CZK/Kč). The price in euros, that you can see in brackets, depends on the exchange rate. I do accept payments in euros. If you place an order with a delivery address outside of the Czech Republic, I'll send the payment details in euros ;)

I can't find the fabric I'm looking for. Can you help?

Please note that the fabric you can see in the product photos of finished clothes might not be available anymore.

However, if you like something in the gallery but can’t find it in the shop, send me an email, we might be able to figure something out. Also, if you have any specific ideas or different color/fabric combinations in mind, it never hurts to ask.

If you find some fabric that you really like, I'd recommend not to hesitate too long before ordering your piece. Some of the fabric types from the fabric gallery are in steady supply and can be re-ordered, but with most of the fabrics I only have a few meters and I can't buy more of them anymore. Although I try to keep good track of what I have available, sometimes it can happen that I won't have enough of the fabric for the piece you've chosen and ordered. In such case, I'll send you an email once I find out about that and either offer you a different option or cancellation of your order. It doesn't happen very often, but I think it is better to be prepared than dissappointed later :)

Also, please keep in mind that everything is hand made so slight differences from the pictures can be expected. On the bright side - each piece is one-of-a-kind. As for the colors, every monitor has a little different color setting and although the colors look exactly right on my monitor, they might look a bit different on yours.

There are only a few pieces in stock but I'd need more (i.e. for a troupe)...

Please send me an email or a FB message with the details and we can try to figure out something ;). By default, I only list about 1-3 pieces of each model at a time because some of the fabrics are very limited.

What is the best way of washing the clothes?

For best results, I recommend hand washing your items and laying them flat to dry. 
If you prefer to use a washing machine, it is possible as well, but please use only the short  (20-30 min) gentle cycle with temperatures of 30°C. It is good to use a separate laundry bag and use a gentle gel detergent. For clothes with lace or very fine fabric, it’s really best to wash in hand. The fine fabric may get damaged in the washing machine. 
Lay flat to dry – I don’t recommend using a dryer. If you need to iron, please only from the inside, low temperature and iron over a wet cloth.
