PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of sale. I will start working on your new clothes only after the payment has been processed. If you have any problems, please contact me, I'll do my best to help.

European Countries:

Option 1: PayPal

Option 2: Debit card / Revolut transfer - if you choose the "Revolut" option at checkout, within 3 days from placing your order, I'll send you an email with a payment request link. This link will give you the option to pay through your Revolut app or pay using a debit card (works for debit cards in most European countries).

Countries outside Europe:

At the moment, the only payment option for non-Europe countries is via PayPal.

Czech Republic:

Objednávky v rámci ČR: platba předem na účet, doprava Zásilkovnou (doručení domů, ne na pobočku) za 100 Kč. Doprava zdarma od 2500 Kč. Podrobnější instrukce v češtině zde.

SHIPPING

Luckily, the Czech postal services are (in my experience so far) very reliable and willing to ship to the whole world, hence so am I Smile

Shipping to European countries is €8. For non-European countries, shipping is calculated by approximate weight of the finished clothes. You can see the exact amount once you place the merchandise in the shopping cart. Just to have a general idea, the rates are usually between €8 and €17. And of course, combined shipping comes to a better rate than shipping each piece by itself.

All items are shipped from the Czech Republic by Registered Mail with tracking options (the accuracy of the tracking depends on your local post office services - i.e. the British Royal Mail doesn't provide online tracking option for international packages, even though I do receive the tracking number when posting it.). I use Czech Post Office and, for some European countries, also other carriers. 

For Custom-made clothes, it usually takes me about 2 weeks to sew your items and have them ready for shipping. The delivery time then depends on the country you live in.


Estimated delivery time:

!!Please note: all the estimated times are base on my pre-corona experience. The actual delivery times might be quite different these days. 
* 2-5 business days for most European countries
* 10-12 business days for the US and most other non-European countries

....these are estimates provided by the Czech post office and, in my experience over the last 10 years, they are usually fairly accurate. Variations depend on your national and local post office. For Canada, the delivery time is usually a little longer. For US, it usually takes about 10 business days, i.e. 2 weeks. Over the past 5 years, I've had 5 cases when it took 4 weeks for the package to arrive (all US cases). Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about the delivery time, besides providing you with as much information from my experience as I can... Please take this into account when ordering ;)

Some countries may charge additional taxes, duties and customs fees upon arrival of the package. These are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shaped Dancewear is not responsible for lost and damaged packages. If you want your item to be shipped with insurance, please let me know.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

*If for any reason you are unhappy upon receiving the item, please let me know as soon as possible.

I accept returns on general-sized items under these conditions:

- Returns need to be shipped back within 1 week after the buyer has received the items.
- All items must be in the condition you received them. You can try them on, but cannot dance in them!
- The buyer takes responsibility for all shipping and customs fees.
- Refunds or exchange will be given when I receive the return (please take into account that the international shipping times can be quite long)
- Please contact me before returning an item - I'll send you all the details


Sorry, but no returns are accepted on customized orders.

Please check your garments upon receipt, and if there are ANY problems at all, don't hesitate to send me a message!!! The sooner the better! Smile
